Absolutely no cover tunes! (no songs owned by other individuals or companies, written or recorded by other artists)
If you are found to have uploaded any form of recorded entertainment not owned by YOU will lead to the immediate deletion of your account and all YOUR contact information will be provided to the appropriate authorities.NO-REFUNDS will be considered.
You must only list the genre's that are applicable to your music. In other words, or for example, if you are an Alt. Country Band do not list Metal as part of your genre's. Listing an inappropriate genre will lead to immediate dismissal with NO-Refund. No Exceptions.
Communication with industry/college/publishing/print..etc, personnel that have not listed your genre in their profile list viewable on their profile will lead to immediate deletion of your Filtered Space account with no possibility of refund. NO Exceptions.
Any perceived, or actual act by you or originating from your account that is considered by Filtered Space to be anything other than professional will lead to immediate dismissal. Again, NO-REFUNDS!
Filtered Space is meant to provide a business-to-business atmosphere for all that is recorded entertainment.
Filtered Space has done everything possible, and will keep working to make all industry contacts and participation in Filtered Space current, and active.
Filtered Space is a site that provides a premium service for hire. This service is to bring the broadcast, recording, management, publishing, marketing, promotion profession along with college students from the different disciplines of education concerning the entertainment industry including but not limited to, College Radio and Music Business programs and Independent/Unsigned artists from the recording sector together.
Recorded entertainment in all of its analog and digital forms is an art, and therefore considered subjective to individuals likes and dislikes. Filtered Space makes no promises or guarantees implied or specific that you or your recorded art form’s inclusion to the Filtered Space Network will lead to success of any kind.
Filtered Space will also be producing a radio show entitled "Fighting Fo Air" that is meant for commercial broadcast through a series of broadcasters including but not limited to, Pod-Casts, Internet streaming, traditional or terrestrial radio and live public performances. By uploading your music to Filtered Space for consumption by the Filtered Space community, you wave all rights to any compensation from Filtered Space.
You understand that your completed recordings can be used by Filtered Space for broadcast through digital and traditional outlets such as but not limited to Pod-Casts, Internet streaming, traditional or terrestrial radio and live public performances.
This agreement is final.
